Challenge: A website revamp for a travel agency who was seeking a clear and concise message behind the benefits of hiring a travel agent for a future client’s trip.

Solution: We felt it was a priority to get the “why” across first and foremost as someone visits the website by explaining the misconceptions behind travel agents’ work. We also had a goal to thoroughly describe all the services provided by the travel agency, so a future client understands everything they get for little to no extra cost to them outside of their travel.
